Deborah has a broad background in the private and non-for-profit sectors, associations, academia, and religious fields with more than 30 years of proven event and travel experience.

Deborah received the designation of Certified meeting Professional from the Convention Industry Council. She is an experienced meeting professional with extensive experience in the management of complex events and global travel planning. Deborah's experience include corporate leadership team retreats, religious conference's women's retreats, nautical meetings, global travel planning and management as well as life celebrations including, retirement parties, weddings, anniversaries, among many other celebratory events.

Deborah studied at Northwestern and Roosevelt Universities. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Roosevelt University in Hospitality Management.

Shawn has 15 years experience of Event planning, she is known as an "Events Visionary".

Shawn has overseen numerous weddings, retirement parties, trunk parties, wedding proposals, intimate dinner parties and church events just to name a few. 

Shawn serves as a liason with vendors and assists with negotiations for space, contracts and books event space, arranges food and beverage menus, order supplies and audiovisual equipment, and ensures appropriate decor to meet the quality expectations of our clients. 

Shawn brings an extensive background in Customer Relations, Networking, Business Management & Marketing. She holds a Master of Business Degree.
